Anotation
The course provides a basic introduction to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and their use in working with spatial data. The course has a strong practical focus and covers the creation, management, analysis and visualisation of vector and raster data, the use of basic geoprocessing tools, and the publication of GIS outputs using ArcGIS Online. Students work primarily with ArcGIS Pro. Theoretical lessons are closely linked to practical exercises.
